No Heat? Too bad... suffer.

Called Building Maintenance Manager (who I think is Russian?) to say “I have no heat” (my 3rd call in the past 3 days); not only will he NOT turn it on this time, but BELITTLED me, too! He told me to “close my windows” (none are open), and that it’s “very American of [me]” to want heat “all the time.” Last time it came on was when I called at 2:30p. No wonder I’m feeling sick. What fucking a cunt.
